岗位职责:

Develop, grade first pattern base on basis pattern
- Based on design sketch, give clear istrurction to vendor re. fitting, size and workmanship requirement.
- Check 1st proto, 2nd sample and SMS together with developer and designer.
- Give costing saving suggestions based on the samples received from vendors to save cost.
- Co-work with pattern maker at factory to improve the rate of "sample right at fist time"
- Develop, grading production pattern according to company requirement

Maintainance of basic pattern data base
- Maintain and optimize basic pattern data base.
- Conduct market research and regularly compare the ACN data with competitor’s size spec/pattern and keep optimizing ACN pattern and measurement data base.
- Regularlly check competitor's sell-through data through T-MALL or other platform , to investigate the trend of pattern and keep optimizing ACN pattern data base

Development and definition of workmanship details
- Co-work with operation team, to keep optimiazing ACN workmanship.
- Arrange vendor training from time to time to help them fully understand Asics quality requirement.

任职资格:

- College degree or above, major in apparel or textile related.
- At least 5 years of working experience in sports apparel industry.
