Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Standardization construction： Define the standard for each service and create the infrastructure standard library including Server, Network, Storage, VMware, Kubernetes Database, Middleware, etc.;

2. Solution design for internal projects and tasks;

3. Technical responsibility to support service delivery team for project transition;

4. Establish/Optimize the Infrastructure Architecture for the current environment;

5. Responsibility for service availability/capacity/continuality;

6. Establish the Cloud model/platform/strategy;

7. Open source framework landing towards IT Operations;

8. Analysis the existing system to ensure the proper security level is offered to meet the needs of the company;

9. Best practice and devops pattern definition;

10. Establish the ITOPS automations architecture and resource pool;

11. New technology research/discovery towards IT Infrastructure.

任职资格

Requirements: At least has strong skills, knowledge and proved experience for one of the following 4 directions. Internet/FinTech or well-known company working experience is preferred.

1. On-premise platform and Enterprise-Business production l Storage (SAN, NAS, Storage Array...) l Network (LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN...) l F5 l Virtualization – VMware/ESX l Backup l Windows/Exchange l Oracle l AD, DNS, DHCP, ...

2. Cloud computing/Technology l Public cloud (AWS, Azure, Kingsoft, AliCloud...) l Private and hybrid cloud (Azure stack, ...) l Office365 l Migration to cloud (project experience)

3. Open source technology l Linux l Databases (Mongo, MySQL, PG SQL, ...) l Middleware – Ngnix, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ... l IT Ops Automation – Ansible, python… l DevOps l Orchestration – Kubernetes l Container Concepts – Docker l Monitoring (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus&Grafana…) l Hosting technology for Java-based applications
