职责描述：
1. To collect and consolidate customer journeys of the status-quo
2. To work with respective business lines/functions on customer journey analysis
3. To streamline and govern the cross-functional way of working periodically review & refine the journey design and touch point experience
4. To offer innovate insights to guide the touch point experience evaluation
5. To organize workshops on journey mapping and experience design works
6. Stay open to industry trending & best practices, and bring value to MetLife customer journey management
7. Help to drive and accelerate in transforming MetLife into customer-centricity


任职要求：
？ Prefer working experience in life insurance industry
？ Minimum of 5-year experience in customer experience (or relative) roles
？ Familiar with customer experience management methodology
？ Experience in big consulting firm is a plus

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
