Reports to Product Quality Manager / Quality Manager

Other stakeholders:

? Internal: Capacity Assurance, Business, Sustainability, Quality, Shipping teams

? External: H&M suppliers

Accountability The Senior Quality Assurance is accountable to:

? Motivate, support & educate the team in accordance with company goals

? Establish methods and routine follow up in the team

Main Responsibilities Quality Assurance Routines

? Maintain close communication with the Product Quality Manager / Quality Manager to organize and lead the Quality Assurance team to be able to ensure that all products meet our requirements regarding physical, chemical, label, hanger and colour standards

? Secure the Quality Assurance team’s good cooperation with all relevant Production teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process

? Secure the test lead time

? Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment

? Work with Production teams to identify and manage quality projects and investigations

Cooperation with Production teams

? Ensure that all Production teams are kept updated about new standards, requirement & restrictions

? Evaluate the suppliers’ performance with the Production teams and Product Manager and agree action plans

? Cooperate with the Sweden Global Product Compliance Department and other Production teams to maintain close dialogue regarding routines, testing methods and equipment

Cooperation with External Parties (H&M Suppliers, LAB, etc.)

? Communicate directly with the suppliers or mills to solve problems quickly

? Monitor the performance, lead time and price of external labs

? Communicate with chemical companies and other external contacts necessary to solve problems

? Ensure that important suppliers operate quality assurance in line with H&M’s methods

任职资格:

Education and Experience requirements

? Preferably a chemical education background

? At least 5 years of experience in a related field

? Preferably experience in a similar position in a supplier or representative office

Knowledge and Skill requirements

? Good command of English

? Good command of Home products
