Main Responsibilities:

Propose and decide customer strategy in terms of effective segmentation & targeting, value proposition development (incl. value added service and customer experience for proposition) and business case development, pilot optimization.

Be responsible for strategic marketing planning, translating business objectives and goals into annual marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth, providing structured plans on where to play and how to win and identifying metrics for success.

Perform brand purpose and positioning by establishing the MetLife noble purpose and defining differentiating positioning and attributes that drive attraction to the brand globally, regionally and locally.

Develop and execute strategies to optimize customer experience in both the in-force base, and new business strategies (on-boarding and on-going engagement etc.)

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Principle Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above

Above 8 years working experience in the consulting firm/insurance or other financial industry and above 5 years of Strategy/ Marketing/Customer Segmentation

Advanced strategic planning and analytical experience

Excellent business acumen in market research and seeing the strategic and tactical implications of research findings

Broad experience in project management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement in a MNC environment

Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English

Good ppt, presentation and excel skill

Proactive working attitude and results driven with great passion, teamwork spirit

Strong self-motivation and commitment, can be independently manage project and initiative

Creativity and can work under pressures and challenges

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
