Job Summary:
The UI Designer will design the modules for a project’s general presentations (menu, interface, icons, etc.).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1) Responsible for UI design of company projects.
2) According to the prototype sketch, the specific effect drawing design, visual design, interactive design and so on are carried out.
3) Be responsible for formulating UI design specifications, managing and guiding designers to comply with the specifications and standards for product UI design; regularly organize design topic sharing to improve team design ability.
4) Provide UI solutions that meet user experience according to project positioning and requirements.
5) Familiar with user usage habits, pay attention to user experience, take the initiative to mention Improve the ease of use and friendliness of product interaction.
6) Participate in the design of the project and put forward the idea of interactive interface optimization.
Education & Experience Requirements
1) College degree or above, Minimum 5 years of experience in design;
2) Have a good creative design thinking, have a strong understanding of the design needs, and have a good aesthetic ability;
3) Ability to conceptualize and effectively communicate designs through sketches, computer renderings;
4) In collaboration with analyst and programming teams, quickly prototype interaction concepts for the project;
5) Can independently undertake design work, understand domestic and foreign popular trends, design ideas expression ability, sensitivity to color matching, and strong innovative ability;
6) Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other related design software, good design habits and high design efficiency;
7) Have a good team spirit, a sense of responsibility, strong execution;
8) Familiar with Html(5)+CSS(3) front-end technology;
9) Interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
