The Job

 Work with engineering design departments in order to establish concept, scope and

criteria for new custom designs.

 Determine and specify standard product and/or base design used for custom

application.

 Collect customer product requirement and develop product specification by multiple

sales tools.

 Participate product reviews focusing on design and development.

 Manage multiple projects successfully throughout the product development process

by coordinating with development engineering and design departments.

 Responsible for establishing engineering relationships, review of customer

electronic design specifications, review of prototype design ensuring

features/specification has been exceeded product function requirements.

 Maintain high level of performance by meeting team key performance indicator

(KPI) goals.

The Incumbent

 Bachelor degree or above in Electronic and Information/Computer specialty/

Electronics Engineering .

 3+ years’ experience for design engineer or for a technical sales position involving

electronic assemblies.
