1. 根据公司产品计划周期，按时保质完成公司完稿任务；
2. 负责整组成员完稿制作安排、绩效考核及日常管理；
3. 及时掌握工作单完成情况并合理分派工作、监督生产进度、减少完稿出错率；
4. 分析现有完稿流程并不断提出改善建议，持续通过管理手段及流程优化为公司降本增效；
5. 负责完稿团队成员的培养，提升团队技能和职业素养，并能动员团队建立积极心态；
6. 与客服人员沟通协调，推动产品项目进展；
7. 能够高效处理印前相关工艺问题；

岗位要求：

1. 熟练运用AI、PS、ID、Acrobat等相关平面设计软件以及PDF各类功能；
2. 了解广告印刷印前流程及后段制作工艺；
3. 对完稿有丰富经验，能够准确判断工作量，并具有独立完成的能力；
4. 具有批判性思维，能够对现有流程进行梳理总结并持续改进；
5. 优秀的团队管理能力，善于沟通，能够适应团队工作节奏；
6. 具有图形图像调色专业经验者优先；
7. 印前完稿经验5年以上者优先；
8. 有相关行业经验者优先。

Job Description:

1. Complete the company's prepress picture layout task on time according to the company's product planning cycle;

2. Responsible for the work assignment, and performance management of picture layout group;

3. Keep track of the completion of production orders and reasonably assign work, supervise picture layout progress, and reduce the error rate;

4. Analyze the existing prepress picture layout process and continuously propose improvement suggestions, and increase efficiency through management tools and process optimization;

5. Responsible for the training of the prepress picture layout team members, improve team skills and professionalism, and mobilize the team to establish a positive attitude;

6. Communicate and coordinate with AE teams to promote the progress of product projects;

7. Efficiently handle pre-press related process issues;

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in the use of AI, PS, ID, Acrobat and other related graphic design software and PDF;

2. Understand the printing pre-press process and the post-production process;

3. Has extensive experience in finalizing the work, could accurately determine the workload, and could be able to complete the task independently;

4. Critical thinking owner, able to summarize and continuously improve existing procedures;

5. Excellent team management ability, good communication skill, team work spirit;

6. Professional experience in graphic image coloring is preferred;

7. Pre-press completion and picture layout experience for 5 years or more is preferred;

8. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
