JD:
1．Assist his line manager in making long-term planning on Auto industry and innovate a win-win business mode for long term
2．Identify his targeted accounts and formulates specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop long-term sustainable & profitable business .
3．Achieve sales target with company requested
4．Coordinate with Customer Service, Technology, QA, Planning, Logistics and Marketing to provide the best for our targeted automobile OEM customers (such as DPCA,SGM, SGMW,GMW,DYK,Renault,Nissan,Brilliance …) and improve our relationships with them
5．Create and develop dedicated marketing tools and services for each OEM Key Account based on its particular needs
6．Carry out surveys for a better knowledge of the market needs (product, price, place, promotion) and competition. This must contribute to positioning our offer.
7．Initiate recommendations to his line manager in terms of business approach and solutions (products, marketing tools and services) to offer our Key Accounts
8．Develop business with potential Key Accounts
9．Manage the supply chain and accurately forecast sales volumes to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
10．Push and achieve prompt payments from account and regularly review the outstanding situation to ensure financial exposure & bad debt risk are minimized.

JR:
1．Diploma or bachelor degree in business related major
2．5 + years of Automobile customer service experience in a foreign company and similar industry, Auto Aftersales background will be a plus
3．Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibility and enthusiastic
4．Possess good communication, presentation and influence skill
5．Good command of both oral and written English
6. Energetic and enthusiastic
