负责领导中国的销售部门。这个角色将为中国本土销售团队持续在工业分销渠道体系提供指导。

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
§ Establish and achieve annual sales and profit goals
§ 建立并实现公司的年度销售与利润目标
§ Lead a sales team in China. Direct, monitor and assist the individual sales regional managers to meet or exceed the goals of sales plan.
§ 建立和带领中国销售团队,指导、监督及协助各区域销售经理达到或超过销售计划目标
§ Manage a nationwide distribution network. This includes:
§ 建立并管理公司的销售渠道体系;包括:
a. Develop a national network of distributors to penetrate market by segments and by geography. Design, organize and implement sales plan to introduce products. Establish sales targets with each distributor; monitors and reviews performance each period
发展全国性的经销商体系对市场进行细分化和区域化。通过计划、组织市场调研和开展销售促进工作,不断地推广产品。与各个经销商设立销售目标;监督和审核每个阶段的交易
b. Call on distributors on a regular basis and be responsible for sales, inventory planning for products to distributors
定期拜访经销商并负责对其进行产品销售、库存计划
c. Keep and develop good relationships with distributors & end customers. Develop contacts at all levels with the distributors to ensure all issues are understood by so that problems / threats / opportunities can be anticipated and planned for
维护好经销商及公司的终端客户。与经销商建立有效的沟通以确保知悉所面临的问题所在,以便事先考虑和备好计划应对问题/危机/机遇
d. Provide sales training and instruction on the selling function, business management and administration to distributors and end customers
为销售职能部门提供销售培训和指导,对经销商和终端客户进行业务管理
§ Collaborate with and provide necessary support and/or analysis to sales management in order to resolve customer service issues involving marketing availability, quality, distribution, and/or sales administration.
§ 协助和为销售团队提供必要的支持、分析去解决客户投诉,有能够妥善解决问题的能力
§ Perform other duties as required.
