Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager position requires a result focused individual to drive new customers to OMEGA through online and offline channels. Included but not limited like Baidu SEM account management, We-chat social account management, website SEO cooperation with headquarter, 3rd. party media promotion and drive traffic to our website, leads generation, EDM campaign, offline activities like tradeshow or seminar, localization work, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (shown below but not limited to the following)
? Daily management on Baidu SEM account, adjust the budget allocation accordingly, optimize the keywords, improve CPC as well as CTR and traffic, etc.
? Daily management on We-chat social account, publish articles weekly with product or application information.
? Expand our online presents on different channels like 3rd. party media banner ads. Drive high quality traffic to our website.
? Generate enough leads from different channels to support sales team on quotations and orders.
? Manage EDM campaign no a regular basis. Deliver qualified contents to target customers.
? Continue improve our contents localization and translation.
? Support offline activities by ourselves or channel partners like roll-up banners, KT banners, etc.
? Other tasks may assign by supervisor.
任职资格:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Marketing is preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ working experience with marketing function in global company is preferred. Working experience in instrumentation and/or process control industry is a plus.
Language Skills:
Chinese should be the native language. Reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
Computer Skills:
Experience using Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Web-based applications required like Baidu, We-chat, Webmaker, etc.
Other Skills and Abilities might be a plus:
? Previous experience with and working knowledge of Code of Business Ethics and anti- bribery and anti-corruption.
? Previous experience with and working knowledge of Lean methodologies, Visual Management, Hoshin Kanri, etc.
? Result driven with a strong desire and ability to find the issue and fix it. Continue improve our online and offline marketing activities in all aspect.
? Proven ability to adapt quickly to market conditions and to meet the needs and expectations of the company and customers.
? Possess an open, flexible, and positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
? Demonstrated hands-on ability in analyzing, problem solving, and multi-tasking.
? Strong attention to details and commitment to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
? Working knowledge of international business environments and experience in cross- cultural communication.
