Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders to local and oversea suppliers based on ERP demand and follow up orders to ensure on time delivery

Coordinate with other departments to solve purchasing problem like payment quality, logistic issues

Prepare monthly report to monitor supplier's key KPI like capacity, on time delivery

Maintain good suppliers relationship by effective communication and on site visit if needed

Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 3 years working experience

- Ability to effective time management and work under pressure

- Good communication skills and team player

- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office and knowledge on ERP will be plus

- Energetic, hard working, willing to take challenge
