1、调配使用内外部资源，推动所属团队达成业绩目标；

2、协同团队成员拜访重点客户，指导团队成员提升工作绩效；

3、管理团队成员，并给予培训及工作指引；

4、及时发现业务运作中存在的各种问题，提供有效的解决方案； 

5、协调部门内部工作，提高团队凝聚力；

6、负责重要客户的定期跟踪回访以及整体方案的制定；

7、发现及反馈市场信息，提供有建设性的意见；

8、对CRM和管理报表进行分析；

9、承担跨部门的沟通协调工作及其他内部控制工作等。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历 

2、3年以上销售团队管理经验，有互联网行业从业背景者优先；

3、较强的沟通协调能力，能主动与各部门进行良好的沟通，协调并整合各项资源

4、市场敏感度强，具备良好的商业意识以及沟通谈判能力

5、能在压力下工作，积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心、团队合作精神
