1、配合销售做客户群管理，梳理目标行业客户并按期完成开发进度计划，央企、国企为主；

2、了解客户需求，提供合理的课程培训或培训项目定制化解决方案，完成新客户开发和业绩目标；

3、配合销售人员持续挖掘、拉伸客户的培训需求，并将潜力客户发展为大客户；

4、做好培训项目的管理，包括：项目规划、方案呈现、协调和控制、合同预算、成本核算、项目回款等；

5、了解和熟悉培训售卖流程，协助KA及产品支持部的资源协调工作；

6、定期更新并提交各类报表，完成公司下达的各项工作任务；

 

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2. 有三年以上大型企业客户培训咨询经验者优先；；

3. 具备良好的人际交往能力和沟通协调能力；

4. 有一定的组织协调能力，能够有效地协调资源（销售、产品支持）为客户服务，擅于团队合作及配合

5. 形象举止专业，易于让客户产生信赖感
