岗位职责
1、性格活泼且敏感度较高；
2、完美指数较高，且沟通能力较强；
3、团队协作能力较强，善于听取他人意见；
3、负责公司各个平台的平面推广设计，包括：海报、展架、大型活动宣传及手册设计等；
4、负责推广活动的插画设计；
5、负责公司品牌类宣传图设计；
6、负责线上推广活动相关的界面设计，包括：网页、H5、长图文、Banner设计等；
7、负责设计节日宣传图、节气宣传图等公司创意设计；
8、负责文字及图片等素材的整理及归档工作；
9、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

  

任职资格
1.设计相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年相关工作经验，具有排版手绘能力者优先考虑；
2.熟练使用photoshop、 Illustrator 、In design等各类软件；
3.能够独立完成平面推广作品设计，具有良好的创意设计及执行能力；
4.有独立思考能力和沟通能力，能深刻理解客户需求，并将其很好的体现在设计中；
5.投递简历时，请附上代表作品。应聘时请务必携带个人作品。
6.对热点事件、新闻动态等信息敏感、把握能力强，能够及时组织设计思路做出响应;
7.有良好的团队协作精神和创新能力。
