-运营管理大型测评或咨询类项目，监督跟进项目的交付实施；

-与销售团队建立良好信任关系，定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训；

-与客户建立良好信任关系，挖掘业务机会；

-指导和培养测评顾问，提高顾问团队整体水平。

任职要求：

-本科及以上学历，心理学、管理学、人力资源管理专业；

-5年以上顾问式销售或人才测评顾问工作经验，熟悉人力资源相关工作；

-熟悉心理测评行业，了解国内外人才测评现状及发展趋势；

-有良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力，思维逻辑性强；

-具有很强的观察能力和人际敏感性；

-责任心强，能承受工作压力与业绩压力。
