1. 负责各项人才发展项目的设计、实施管理与成果交付；

2. 协助销售进行客户需求收集，研究及分析客户的学习发展需求；根据客户需求，与内部顾问一起设计解决方案，并赢得客户的信任和接纳；

3. 负责项目整体把控，实施调研、分析诊断、方案及报告撰写等工作；

4. 总体管控项目进度、协调内外部资源，统筹推动项目实现质量、时间和财务上的目标；

5. 撰写项目结项报告，持续提升客户的满意度，长期维护客户关系；

6. 不断根据项目经验进行评估，提出项目改进建议，包含设计、技术、实施方式方法、流程等。

岗位要求:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先；

2. 三年以上人才发展项目设计、实施经验；

3. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力以及卓越的学习能力；

4. 优秀的沟通表达能力，能够把握客户需求；

5. 优秀的方案撰写能力，具有较强的文案写作能力；

6. 很强的责任心，能够负责起项目整体的设计和实施。
