岗位职责：

1. 新媒体（微信运营）全案负责人，前期能积极沟通客户运营需求，并提出专业性运营策略、推广方案。

2、有较强的方案撰写和提案能力，包括年度双微运营campaign方案。

3、具有整体项目的把控能力，负责客户新媒体排期方案（创意活动），能协调沟通文案&设计完成整体项目的交付，并对交付质量进行把控。

3、能够独立完成新媒体运营报告，并根据数据复盘，提出具有指导性的运营计划。

4、能够提高客户品牌服务满意度，提升项目续签率。 任职要求：

1. 具备2年以上广告行业、新媒体方向从业经验；有微信运营的经验，有4A工作经验者优先，

2. 有良好的审美及文字功底，对新媒体营销方式有较深理解。

3. 熟练掌握Excel，PowerPoint，Word等办公软件、网感好、对互联网热点内容动态保持高度关注。

      较强的自我驱动能力与执行力，善于沟通，理解能力强，性格开朗，有高度的工作热情和良好的团队合作精神。
