-从事人事代理、人事外包服务的项目销售；

-通过电话、拜访、招投标等各种方式开发和维护客户；

-持续做好客户维护及需求二次开发，提升客户满意度；

-深度了解分析客户需求，为客户定制人事服务整体解决方案，多角度、专业化的呈现服务项目及服务效果；

-把握销售机会点，与客户达成合作意向、签单，完成销售任务；

-做好应收款额度及回款的控制和管理；

-及时反馈客户需求、市场变化，提出新行销思路、建议。

任职要求：

-大专或本科学历；

-至少3年销售工作经验，有大客户销售或顾问式销售经验者优先；

-学习能力突出，能独立完成服务方案设计及撰写；

-沟通协调能力强，能承受销售压力，希望挑战高薪；

-正直、诚恳、勤奋，有团队合作意识；

-能熟练操作办公软件（outlook、ppt等）。
