2）了解客户招聘需求，能够根据企业特殊性及市场趋势，制定具有针对性的招聘解决方案；

3）对项目招聘节点进行及时反馈和跟踪，沟通并解决招聘执行过程中的各种问题，保证招聘项目交付的时效、数量、质量；

4）完成项目招聘结项报告、招聘资料归档及招聘总结，并协助推动及拉升未来的招聘合作；

5）管理执行团队，合理分配渠道资源，提高执行效率；
任职要求：
1）本科及以上学历，管理类或市场营销等专业优先；
2）有5年以上猎头或项目招聘、招聘服务等工作经验；特别优秀者可适当放宽要求；

3）备良好的逻辑思考能力、学习能力以及分析能力；
4）具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务技巧，书面、口头表达能力优秀；
5）有良好的职业操守，优秀的团队合作精神和抗压能力；
6）英语熟练者优先。
