1、负责组内服务团队的日常管理，以及人员培训：

2、负责客户的分配和管理及派遣机构协调、政策复核；

3、定期走访客户，积极了解客户反馈意见及需求，及时发现服务中的潜在问题并予以解决

4、根据业务发展，不断总结经验并向公司提出合理化意见；

5、负责处理组内服务团队应急突发事件处理及向上层领导汇报处理情况；

6、完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、人力资源相关专业，3年以上从业经验；

2、熟知劳动合同法及相关国家、地方劳动法律、法规、政策

3、有较强的敏感性、判断力、沟通能力和处理问题的能力

4、-能熟练操作办office、outlook等办公软件。
