       1、对公司员工劳动合同进行收集、整理、登记、编号、准确登录统计表，并进行定期反馈；

2、及时掌握合同借阅、回收情况，并与相关部门进行沟通，确保公司利益不受损失；

3、按月对合同的签订、履行情况做统计，分析、提出意见；

4、科学、规范管理合同档案，保证查阅方便，保证档案管理的机密性；

5、掌握国家的相关法律、法规，掌握公司在合同管理方面的规章制度，维护企业利益；

6、对合同管理情况及时向部门经理汇报；

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、中专或以上学历，商务/档案管理等相关专业背景；

2、掌握一定的合同法律知识；

3、具有2年以上档案管理相关工作经验者优先；

4、有较强的文笔和写作能力，有一定的组织及表达能力；

5、做事积极主动、认真踏实，责任心强；

  

6、熟练操作Office等各种常用办公软件。
