Job purpose:

Support Head of Customer Experience Transformation to design customer engagement principle & guide to achieve remarkable customer experience, and gain positive impact on branding, customer loyalty and business prosperity.

Main responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the design of MetLife customer engagement principle

2. To innovate in the new customer experience design and touch point creation to enhance MetLife-customer trust & relationship

3. Understand and streamlining customer engagement activities through cross-functional team work

4. Work as the subject matter of expert in customer engagement content design, delivery and establish the internal control process

5. Initiate the innovative approach to collect customer feedback and access the level of customer experience

6. Work as the focal point in terms of customer engagement activities in supporting agency distributions, and achieve through good teaming

7. Stay open to industry trending & best practices, and bring value to MetLife customer experience transformation

8. Help to drive and accelerate in transforming MetLife into customer-centricity

Principle Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above, familiar with the market trend & best practices of customer experience, and customer experience management methodology, familiar with Customer Journey Mapping tool. Minimum of 5-year experience in customer engagement (or relative) in similar industry, consulting experience is a plus

2. Practical experience in customer experience design, touch point creation, process re-engineering

3. Good understanding of NPS methodology, good project management skill

4. Strong strategic & business planning capability and experience, strong communication & influencing skills, strong data analytics skill.

5. Exceptional business acumen, fast-learning capability

6. Results oriented, customer focused, strong creative and innovative capability

7. Good command of English and Mandarin

上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
