职责描述：

1.完成每月销售业绩指标(课时包）。

2.接待潜在会员家庭，提供课程相关问题的咨询解答，促成客户成为会员。

3.提供客户服务，维护记良好客户关系，促成会员续签。

4.为会员提供课程安排咨询和选课引导及帮助，与排课顾问配合，促进提升会员耗课频率。

5.及时、准确录入各项会员及非会员数据。

6.参与和支持相关市场活动。

7.完成领导交办的其它任务。

任职资格：

1.年龄在20－35岁之间，专科或以上学历。

2.具备教育行业工作经验。

3.1年以上同业经验。

4.熟练运用各种办公软件。

5.热爱早教行业，热衷销售工作。

6.积极主动、有较强的关系建立能力；具备良好的沟通能力和技巧；人际敏感性高；善于在交谈中挖掘信息、提出问题、表达观点； 良好的服务意识。
