• Oversee and assist all employees in DBI China and secure a good operational flow in day-to-day office administrative works.
• Develop, drive and ensure HR will be transferred from FESCO to DBI China seamlessly.
• Responsible for company personnel files, including personnel, training, assessment, and the establishment and management of health records.
• Be responsible for staff recruitment, training, assessment, allocate, resignation and other related work.
• Be responsible for employee labor contract signing and renewal and post appointment, dismissal and other related work.
• Responsible for social insurance and related training for employees in need etc.
• Responsible for the company's personnel rules and regulations of implement, inspect and supervise work.
• Complete other work assigned by the superior leadership
• Follow IT Policy
• Respect the DBI values and code of conduct
