1. 调研课程需求，编写课程大纲

2. 负责规统筹和安排录制计划，能独立完成录像、剪辑、后期包装等流程；

3. 能独立制作课件或组织资源撰写课程脚本；

4. 能够独立设计课程，课程结构体系设计，课程内容设计，课件产品设计等；

5. 课前教学准备清单，课后评估及转化工具，如一级课程评估表，二级学员考试试题，三级学员学习后行为改变调查表，学员课后行动计划模板。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，教育学或教育技术学等相关专业优先；

2、熟悉视频制作流程及后期；

3、具备良好的文字功底，能撰写富有感染力的脚本文字；

4.、熟悉在线教育市场，有在线培训课程开发经验优先；
