• Ensure flawless execution of all activities related to maintenance and calibration in compliance with safety and control requirements;
• Manage the maintenance activities and equipment records and documents;
• Coordinate the equipment strategy development, review and implementation, optimize the equipment maintenance plan and spare parts strategy.
• Interface with company research and engineering department on the best practices implementation.
• Develop major equipment maintenance plan and procedures to comply with company SSHE/Controls/Quality requirements.
• Responsible for assigned plant management system (Tier1 Best Practice, Control Integrity Management System, Operation Integrity Management System. Etc).

Productivity and reliability

• Lead to schedule and implement plant equipment preventive maintenance, inspection and calibration program per company and regulatory requirements;
• Manage and monitor M&E work order status to ensure timely close out;
• Responsible for reliability incident / equipment failure investigation, conduct the root cause failure analysis and follow up actions implementation.
• Facilitate for plant reliability continuous improvement stewardship, track and analyze plant reliability performance, identify the performance gap and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate carrying out specific reliability improvement and assigned maintenance projects.
• Flawlessly carry out initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Handle assignment from Maintenance & Engineering manager.

• Bachelor or above degree in electrical & instrument or mechanical automatical professional, engineering design, or chemical engineering etc; preferably more than 1 year` experience in equipment management;
• Equipment maintenance and repair skills, including ability to do equipment troubleshooting, equipment type selection, equipment failure analysis and write analysis report, equipment maintenance procedure and Preventive Maintenance development, etc.
• Be able to work in team environments;
• Fluency in English and computer manipulation ability.
