1 制度及文件的完善

1.1 负责辅助完成公司各类人事相关制度及流程的规范化

1.2 负责辅助完成公司各类人事文件，如各类合同、证明、手续单的完善 

2 人员培训。

2.1 负责公司后台新员工培训材料修订

2.2 根据公司需求，完成内训及外训 

3 绩效管理。

协助各部门相关负责人进行各部门绩效考核数据的搜集，保证绩效考评结果应用至薪资结算中。 

4 员工关系。

4.1 处理劳资纠纷。

4.2 跨部门沟通，为后台员工，及各部门提供咨询解答，如：各部门及各地分公司关于人事事务性工作的对接及安排，其他相关法律法规的解答。 

5 部门管理。

5.1组织编制人事部内部各项管理制度及流程，并监督贯彻实施。

5.2组织部门内部员工考评、招聘、职业发展/晋升等工作，提升下属素质能力和绩效。

5.3组织部门内部培训工作。

5.4拟定部门人员岗位设置、人员编制，负责编写与完善部门各岗位说明书及考核指标。 

6其他。

搭建公司人事体系，并不断完善，实施各项人力资源项目。人力资源规划，年度人力成本测算。证照管理。公司部分资质的申办。 7.完成上级领导临时交办的工作任务。

任职要求：

1.全日制统招本科及以上 人力相关专业优先 8年以上人事相关工作以及管理经验 

2.熟练使用办公室常用软件 具有较强的执行力及服务意识，良好的合作倾向，沟通能力强，有团队意识。
