6 Prepare accounting entries for R&D groups to PRC accounting team for reviewing

7 Closing entries review’s filing

8 ARD report preparation

9 China R&D Finance team’ share point maintenance, training session improvement

10 Analyzes and reports on financial performance of projects /Infra cost pool

11 Creates metrics/reporting for senior management.

12 Analyzes variances, trends and provides decision support for internal finance team

II. Quarterly financial operations

1 Input forecast dollar in template

2 Prepare deck under guidance of finance team for reviewing with BG

3 Applying for hierarchy changes and PC creation/block in finance system

4 Update the ownership of PC list

5 Deck preparation

6 Prepare templates for management analyzing in different point of view

7 Alfred rule updates

III. Yearly financial operations:

1 Budget preparation..Current year and next year proposal

2 Prepare review template.

3 Budget dollar input in BWB

4 Logic checking

5 PO Close yearly in Oct for last fiscal year

The key requirement is excel skill, accounting education background with good logic thinking.
