Sr. Business Excellence Manager




General Purpose:




Responsible for leading
Business Excellence organization to develop and execute Six Sigma
strategy and structure for continuous improvement, and driving world class
cost, quality and service on behalf of our stakeholders and customers in Asia
region








Principle Accountabilities:




Establish
and execute strategic plans for Six Sigma ( Global Business Excellence)
organization to maximize its value add, to exceed operational goals and to
create a competitive advantage in the business.
Take
aggressive action to drive financial performance in the areas of quality,
productivity, purchase price, and facility variances.
Develop
and execute a Six Sigma Quality strategy that supports the region's
overall market driven business model.
Passionately
drive continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic
roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in working capital, quality,
delivery, cost, and growth.
Meet with Executive
Leadership at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI's.
Attend quarterly
business reviews with key customers.
Partner with other
leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Implement
appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified
and motivated workforce.







Requirements




Typically requires
a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and
training plus a minimum of 7 years of management experience. A
Master's or MBA degree is preferred.
Six Sigma Master
Black Belt certified preferred
Good command of
both English and Chinese
