Position Description:

• Build long-term communities mechanism, race sponsorship and athlete sponsorship base on brands strategy and business demands.
• Develop community partners in trail running and road running.
• Work with trial running communities and encourage, manage, control and enhance community activity in different cities of China. includes product seeding, project co-operation and integration with digital returns. Maintain authentic spirit of sports in community.
• Manage athlete to join in brand event, race, interview and deliver pinnacle stories of our athletes.
• Marketing product management depends on campaign and routine works.
• Reporting sports marketing performance to Senior Management and Executives.   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong in one or two sports like trail running, ski, climbing, diving, triathlon etc.
• Personal connection in sports industry with athletes, association, KOL, community etc.
• Strong Marketing background with knowledge on campaign\assets creative and delivery.
• Experience in event planning, execution & results tracking, integrated ability with digital.
• Fluent English speaking and writing; Basic Excel and PowerPoint skill is a must.  

 Desired Working experience:

• 5 year above working experience in marketing is necessary.
• Deep understanding of consumer in different sports areas is preferred.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
