EMC经理岗位职责：

1.负责EMC实验室EMC检测认证项目管理，能力建设，法规标准和技术研究等工作，保证管理工作按计划有效展开；

2.工程人员管理，技术培训，考核，协调资源，确保实验室正常运行；

3.不断完善体系，改进操作，降低成本，使实验室高效运行；

4.按照客户需求，提供及时有效的测试认证技术服务支持及售前服务;

5.负责实验室内外审核工作，资质申请、维护并扩充相关资质。

任职要求：

1.专科或以上学历，电子电气相关专业，3年以上EMC实验室管理工作经验；

2.熟悉SO/EC17025体系，有ISO/IEC17025内审员资格证优;

3.具备较强的沟通能力和良好的团队协作精神，工作积极主动、责任心强，有耐心，较强的抗压能力，信息获取能力，新标准的研究能力；

4.工作细致、思路清晰、有耐心，时间观念强；

5.良好英文书写和口语能力。

EMC总监岗位职责：

1.负责管理样品测试并出具相应检测报告，实验室检测设备管理，对市场部进行技术支持。

2.独立运作单一事业部的所有EMC检测工作,下属包括工程人员,销售人员,技术团队,客服人员,报告组。

任职要求：

1.电子电器/信息技术理工类专业，大专或以上学历；

2.英语四级或以上，优秀的英语书写和口语能力；

3.熟悉EMC产品的认证检测和NB FCC ID报告审核,能独立完成相关测试和依标准出具测试;

4.有实验室管理经验5年以上；

5.熟悉相关EMC测试检测标准；

6.有同行业同岗位三年以上工作经验；

7.有ITS/UL/TUV/SGS外资实验室任职经验者优先考虑。
