岗位主要职责Responsibilities :

Serve as Specialist

1. Support on coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of donation project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
2. Make sure quality and budget in compliance with SOPs, local regulations and company policy
3. Supportive day-to-day management of project timelines, budget, materials and development of detailed project level plans and feasibility. assessment
4. Support on activities associated with audits.
5. Support on donation program preparation, initiation and management to make sure donation programs ongoing smoothly.
6. Prepare and program related internal and external meeting
7. To ensure that accurate records are maintained either electronically or in paper copy of donation program
8. Work with other members of the organization to share knowledge, experiences and best practices
9. Monitor & Control for audit purposes
10. Work closely with other relevant departments to support business.

Contribution to overall GAMA

1. Great support on brand marketing access strategy.
2. Share and drive best practice with team members

要求Qualifications:

Academic / Professional qualification 学 历 / 专 业 资 格

Essential: Bachelor degree or above

Desirable: major in Administrative management/ Commerce/Business Administration/public relationship/public health/Medical/Pharmaceutical or similar.

Technical / skills training 技 术 / 技 能 训 练

• Familiar with company SOPs
• Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and partnerships with external and internal customers
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to project management activities.
• Good understanding of the drug management process and donation management process
• Proven abilities as a team leader and team player
• Proven ability to coordinate and gain commitment from cross-functional teams
• Good communication skill.
• Proven capability to work under pressure.

- Working experience

Essential 必 需

Minimum of 1 years experience in pharmaceutical company or similar.

Aspiring to charity and patient assistant program

Desirable 理 想

1 year project management experience in PAP program.

- Language ability 语 言 能 力

Fluent reading, writing, speaking in both English and Chinese.

- Computer literacy 电 脑 知 识

Good computer skill in MS office software (word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
