1. Project-oriented, be responsible for the entire analytical process- from the task definition to the implementation and interpretation of results to the users.

2. Be able to create complex mathematical and economic models to fix problems.

3. Provide strategies and guidelines to DRA team (SEM, Display, SP etc.) by analyzing online and offline media data and tracking daily performance to achieve targeted ROI and conversion rate.

4. Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identify potential risks and advise the business on cost-effective solutions.

5. Conduct Ad hoc analysis to support business needs.

6. Establish monitoring indicator and evaluation systems to support business initiatives, efficiency improvement, organization optimization, etc.

任职要求：

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written).

2. Bachelor degree or above from top universities in sciences, engineering, economics, finance or a related degree and achieved outstanding academic results.

3. 0-3 years work experience.

4. Analytical thinker and also be able to solve problems independently and creatively.

5. Experience and knowledge of data analysis is preferred.

6. Comprehensive computer skills including database searching (ex. MySQL), visualization software (ex. Tableau), power point, word processing and online search.

7. Some development experience in Python or R language preferred but not required.
