Major tasks and responsibilities：

1. Focus on rolling forecast, finish goods and RM/PM inventory and provide the constructive proposal to procument and production planning.
关注销售预测、产品及原料库存，通过库存管理对原料采购计划及生产作业计划提供指导性意见，使公司的库存及DOH达到预定目标。
2. Establish and improve the quality/HSE system in the SC/GS department to sure the quality and HSE system could achieve national and Bayer standard and no critical observation in local and internal audit.
建立和完善物流总务部的质量和HSE的管理体系，确保部门的质量和HSE体系符合国家和拜耳内部的标准。在相关审计中没有关键的不符合项。
3. Lead the dispatching team to select the most effective & efficient shipping method for each shipment in order to control the freight charges and satisfy the customers’ needs.
领导储运小组为每一次的发货选择最有效和可靠的运输方式，以控制运输费用和满足客户需求。
4. Direct the inventory team to be innovative and take initiatives and to use the capital assets efficiently through optimize the inventory management in order to meet the business growth.
指导仓库管理团队，积极创新，采取主动，通过优化仓库管理，有效利用公司资产，以满足公司业务的发展。
5. Monitor the team of general service to provide a safety, humanistic and clean working environment for the employees.
督导总务团队，为公司员工提供一个安全、人性化的和清洁的办公环境。
6. Establish and develop the relevant standard operational/management policies, regulations or process under the instruction of Bayer compliance and ensure all the behaviors of the own department members can demonstrate the compliance.
在拜耳合规准则的指导下，制定并优化相关的标准操作/管理政策、制度和流程，并确保所管辖部门的所有员工的行为符合要求。
7. Coach and develop own co-workers to establish a professional team.
指导并发展所管理的员工，建立一个专业化的团队。

Qualifications：

Bachelor and above degree, majored in management, supply chain or relating subject, 8 + years of management experience in relevant field;
Good at professional software operation such as SAP system or similar ERP system;
Demonstrated in strong English communication skill as listening, written, verbal and reading;
Good at logistic data analysis, team working spirit and strong leadership, willing to learn new knowledge and challenges.
