Main Accountability

For plant-SDI (supplier development improvement)

1. Responsible for new supplier release according to groupstandard procedure for railway and non-railway project, etc. (E-BUS, big engine)

2. Responsible for supplier evaluation report and supplierqualification data maintenance.

3. Supplier quality escalation when there is a seriousquality problem.

4. Alien with purchasing team for supplier strategy sourcingplan.

5. Support plant quality for system audit for key componentssuppliers.

For global sourcing team-SDI/SQP

1. Responsible for new supplier release for global projects.

2. Responsible for new products process release, tracking andapprove for FAI or PPAP.

3. Supplier NCR management for series order.

4. Define and conduct annual supplier development plan, etc .annualaudit plan and regular audit plan.

5. Other tasks assigned by Stuttgart purchasing office.                                                                            

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in mechanical engineering orsimilar

2. 5-8 years of experience in quality, supplier managementindustry background would be preferred.

3. Skilled of ISO9000/ITAF 16949 standards, projectmanagement

4. Skill in office tools, EPR system.

5. Excellent negotiation skills

6. Good in oral and written of English
