岗位职责:

Yearly planning and SPM sharing
- Assist and support yearly plan of SPM.
- Good understanding for global SPM campaign concept, creative guidelines, assets and usage rights.

Integrated Sponsorship and Sports event
- Independently build and maintain resources of partners, including race organizers, runner teams, training coaches and elite athletes, and associations.
- Manage and control partnerships with both internal and external key stakeholders (vendors, 3rd parties, government organizations, corporate companies etc.)
- Negotiate and execute contracts, strategic alliances, events, product procurement, delivery, service to the assets.
- Work internally with brand development, social media/digital and PR team to maximize the impact of marathon campaign and sports assets to enhance both brand professionalism and awareness among TA.

Daily Sports development and maintenance
- Leverage Marathon campaigns and Sports events to activate our assets, drive the brand.
- Manages the execution, monitoring and reporting of all programs/events around the assets.
- Ensures the management of our assets is a leader in the industry which includes: on-time delivery of our products, product satisfaction, and partnership building.

Internal coordination
- Work closely with Product & Sales team to create/develop the rich and convincing product storytelling content for sales opportunities.

任职资格:

- 3+ years’ experience in sports sponsorship or event management or related field.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, marketing concept map and calendar planning.
- Solid project management and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
