• Supplier Chain research for certain product market

• Support to identify the core production, target customer & major competitor

• Core Product strategy:        

1. Research and analysis the technology roadmap of core productions

2. Communicate with engineering team to introduce the latest product features.

3. Price curve research      

• Target Customer strategy:  

1. Cycle plan & open opportunity analysis

2. Customer product demand analysis

3. Target customer price request analysis.      

• Major competitor strategy:  

1. Competitor product line research including the product spec.

2. Lang range product plan of major competitors

    

Business Planning   

• Coordinate with Sales/Finance team to implement the new system for LRP

• Improve the LRP with competitor business information.

• Communicate with Engineering team to add technical information (key tech code)

• Update the competitor price info.
