Objectives:

Marketing Supervisor role will support Marketing Director in department budget management, marketing activities planning and review, not limited to marketing communication, but also product and training initiatives. This role supports Marketing Director to ensure an effective teamwork within Marketing Department, as well as effective supports of the department to other internal and external parties.

Job responsibilities:

1.      Support MKT Director in marketing initiatives planning, coordination and review

2.      Support MKT Director in regular team meeting organization, review and follow up

3.      Take lead in marketing budget management

4.      Take lead in JLR QMP process from BBAFC side and ensure an effective implementation of this process with high quality

5.      Take lead in department reporting documents preparation with the supports of the team members and marketing director

6.      Take lead in certain new marketing initiatives planning and implementation with the supports of marketing director

7.      Take lead in co-ordination within marketing team functions, marketing communication, product and training.to ensure effective marketing supports to internal and external parties.

8.      Take care of certain marketing activities as assigned.

9.      Take care of certain market research as assigned.
