Job Description

- In charge of manufacturing engineering assignments, including the manufacturing process flow/ factory layout development, implementation and optimization, operations efficiency/productivity and capacity improvement to meet the target. - Act as leader and key coordinator in NPD, VAVE and other programs in multiple plants, assesses manufacturing process requirements to ensure the smooth operation. - Using the analysis and test data, to initiate root cause analysis and improvement actions. - Act as the leader or key member of plant/SBU level project, manage the project teams to deliver on results utilising all aspects of the project management process (planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment). - Support operations to define Standard work/time (SOE) for each process or station, to ensure the technical process, document integrate and accurate.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor or above degree, prefer major in industrial/mechanical engineering;

- At least 5 years plus manufacturing and plant operations related working experience, Automation experience is a plus;

- Experience in defining Standard work/time is preferred; - 6 Sigma or LEAN implementation experience is preferred; - English fluent, both in writing and speaking;
