Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop reliable supply chain with sufficient capacity to support APAC operations.

2. Continuously develop and manage vendors’ performance on quality and delivery to bring the best value to the company.

3. Maintain competitive materials cost by using proper benchmark. Aggressive localization in LCC by team work with other departments.

4. Ensure best contract terms to fully protect the company’s interests. Regularly evaluate and eliminate supply & intellectual property rights risks in the business, and set up & update clear supplier risk management strategy.

5. Regularly prepare and report accurate budget and market trends forecast using professional tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering or business with at least 8 years’ work experience and 3 to 5 years sourcing or developing suppliers related work experience

2. Good communication skills with cross function departments and venders by using communication tools properly, such as telephone, e-mail, meeting (including video conference), good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material

3. Fluent in the Mandarin and English Language both in writing and oral, multi-cultural experience is requested

4. Demonstrate skills in sourcing methodology and purchasing negotiation tools in manufacturing business, like market analysis, cost breakdown analysis, total cost of ownership, etc.

5. Strong experience to find preferred top suppliers for each commodities/projects : financial, technical, quality, …on-site audit

6. Familiar with ISO9000 system, quality tools application in project management, like FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.

7. Demonstrated skills in project management, leadership, team development, coordination of projects, negotiations on engaged projects

8. Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude

9. Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload, and demonstrates bias for action

10. Demonstrated problems-solving skills with results-oriented, skilful working capabilities with achievements

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

12. Demonstrated Good at building up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with suppliers

13. Willing to travel frequently
