Responsibilities

1. Site standby support and carry out corrective/preventive, reactive and operational support activities with sorter and conveyor system in response to customer requirements.

2. Monitor the performance of the equipment, aim to achieve optimum KPI’s in line with customer demands and service contract.

3. Adhere to the quality and reporting systems.

4. Travel for possible Field service, trouble-shooting on site or other job-related service activities

5. Communicate with the service manager – and customer in a clear and concise manner

6. Provide adequate feedback and intelligence to Customer Support

Qualification Requirements:

1. Fluently speaking and writing in English

2. A diploma in electric engineering

3. At least three years’ technical maintenance/service experience in industry

4. Knowledge of PC-based and PLC-based (Siemens PLC) machine control systems, industrial networks as well as an understanding of other common electrical components

5. Prefer to have a knowledge of industry sortation system or belts conveyor system

6. Work on independent, organized, persistent and characterized by high spirits

7. Able to work on night shift for a long term
