Main Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for establishment, implementation and improvement of ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System (QMS);

2. Align & perform APQP/PPAP , follow up & sign off PPAP;

3. Lead QC team, manage quality lab & QMS daily operation, evaluate QC team performance;

4. Analyze, report and communicate quality trends and/or defects to everyone top-to-bottom , plan and implement Continuous Improvement programs;

5. Work with manufacturing engineers to improve process capability, initiate 8D or 6σ to resolve or prevent quality issues and customer complaints;

6. Plan and implement internal audit & training related to QMS, coordinate receiving 2nd or 3rd party audit.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor (graduated from recognized university) degree or higher in mechanical, mechatronic engineering or equivalent

2. Familiar with AIAG ISO/TS16949 and VW/GM/Ford Special Requirements (Formel-Q, VDA6.1/6.3/6.5, Ford Q1etc.); knowledge of Lean, TQM or Six Sigma preferred, certified TS16949 lead auditor or trainer/coach highly preferred

3. 5 -10 years' experience in quality management or quality control in a manufacturing MNC or WOFE, familiar with project management

4. Fluent English and Mandarin , excellent interpersonal communication skills

5. Gender is flexible, Integrity and Self-motivated required
