Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. Rich hands-on experiences from production background in power tool or equipment area.

3. Manufacturing leadership and business management experience.

4. Excellent language skill - fluent in English and Mandarin with ability to read, write, speak and make presentation.

Job Duties:

1. Formulate the strategies of the manufacturing facilities

2. Develop the annual operating plan and budgets of the plant

3. Develop and implement action plans to achieve the objectives and targets of the plant.

4. EHS Management.

5. Develop a manufacturing team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality, on-time deliveries while ensuring that cost targets are achieved

6. Ability to work with overseas factories for technology transfer and project management.
