Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on propellant and initiator supplier quality control and improvement.

2. New component validation and approval.

3. Existing supplier audit and performance review, handling complaint of supplier quality issues.

4. Work with supplier to achieve continual improve in quality.

5. Interface with functional managers to establish daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and milestones

6. Perform IQC testing of raw materials and QC on in-house materials.

7. Supervise technicians and inspectors in our Receiving.

8. Provide guidance and direction to staff on material test and inspection methods.

9. Responsible for the receiving material inspection, and excellent communication skills with internal departments and external parties.

10. Cooperate with purchasing in supplier development and selection.

11. Maintains accurate and complete records of all testing performed.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline

2. Solid understanding on quality tools such as statistical process control, process improvements, yield improvements, pareto charts, root cause analysis, failure modes, test procedures, gauge reliability and repeatability, FAI (first article inspection), CpK etc.

3.Must have excellent writer and oral communication skills.
