Your Tasks

1. Designing of stamping tools, measurement gauges设计冲压模具, 检具

2. Generate detailed 3D/2D tool drawings, cerate BoM, and material bill in to SAP system according data management regulations按照数据管理标准,技术标准,使用Pro/E 设计详细的3D及2D模具图,创建相应的物料清单到SAP系统

3. Responsible for confirmation, standardization, improvement, create 3d model and management in to SAP system of existing drawings facilitate to increase working efficiency负责现模具的优化, 标准化, 把现有2D图纸建立成3D模型,改进及维护到SAP系统的全面管理工作, 建立数据库以方便提高工作效率

4. Participate in tools try out, provide practicable solution for trouble shooting from tooling point view, and update the tools drawing accordance参于新模具的试模过程,从模具角度提供可用方案解决试作过程中的问题,并更新模具图纸

5. Participate in cross-functional teams to facilitate effective new or transfer product launch or development. Provide technical support in tooling transfer activities to support that the transfer can be executed作为子项目成员模具负责人,参于新产品或国外移转产品的项目沟通,为顺利投产提供技术支持

6. Support tool design supervisor to Analysis of Capacity/ bottleneck time to time and implement measure in time to support companies’ business process支持设计主管关于经常性产能/ 瓶颈分析，并确保实现以给公司业务支持

7. Support tooling cost saving and raw material localization activities支持模具成本的优化,模具材料本地化

Your Profile

1. Bachelor Education or above major in tooling design and manufacturing or mechanical 本科或以上学历,模具设计及加工专业或机械专业

2. Minimum 5 years experience in metal tool(deep drawing, cold forming, progressive die, fine blanking ), have experience in tooling design for automotive component is prefer.五年以上相关金属模具设计经验: 深拉深模具,冷挤压模具, 级进模具或精冲模具, 有汔车零部件的模具设计经更佳

3. Understanding of the tool making process, machines, and related heat-treatment technology熟悉模具加工工艺,热处理工艺

4. At least 2 years or above experience of Pro-E used for tooling design 最少2年或以上使用Pro-E软件实际使用经验

5. Fluent English both in oral and written英语说写流利
