岗位职责:

1、Job responsibilities Maintain a professional attitude and will ensure that agreed quality hygiene and consistency standards are kept or surpassed at all time; 以专业精神确保菜肴的品质、卫生以及始终如一的高标准；

2、Assist with the development and taste of the new dishes and production; 协助开发和试吃新菜式；

3、Expected to meet budgetary requirements in operating equipment and general cost; 运营成本控制及总体成本控制；

4、Expected to oversee all ordering and quality of goods arriving into site; 检查所需物资的预定情况及质量；

5、Maintain food consistency as laid out as set; 保证食品质量达到所制定的标准；

6、Monitor the labor budget of the kitchen; 控制厨房的人力成本预算；

7、Control manpower distribution throughout the kitchen by overseeing the scheduling of all sections and makes adjustments anticipating unscheduled business; 合理安排厨房人力资源，检查所有工作时刻表，适时作出调整以便为未知的客人需求提供餐饮服务；

8、Comply with company grooming standards unless the specific exceptions given; 任何时候严格遵照仪容仪表规定，除特别情况外；

9、Responsible for hygiene standards with the IC and kitchen team for store rooms refrigerators and work areas; 同感控部按照卫生标准共同管理好厨房、库房、冰箱的卫生；

10、To be total knowledgeable and understanding of food preparation standard and procedures; 了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序；

任职资格:

1、Have a good knowledge and understanding of Western Asian cuisines; 具有良好的中西餐烹饪知识；

2、Must be hands on and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills; 必须具有良好的传授厨房专业技能的能力；

3、ust have the ability and motivation to create new dishes and establish effective standards for all food production and presentation; 必须具有发展新菜式和为产品制定高效率、高标准的能力；

4、A good trainer good command of English and a good communicator; 优秀的培训者，具有良好的英语基础和良好的沟通能力。
