Responsibilities

1. To be involved in the manufacturing process transfer project and play a key role in production set up. 参与生产线转移项目并主要负责生产线的建立。

2. Responsible for all engineering work in the BU to be established (CNC machining, tapping, testing, coating, etc) and prepare related WI 负责产品加工工艺的编写（包括CNC车削、扩孔、测试、喷涂等工序）。

3. Creating and maintain Process Routing 编写并维护工单。

4. Programming for CNC machines. 编制加工程序。

5. Undertake process improvement activities 负责制造过程的工艺改进。

6. provide on job training for operators in production process为操作工提供现场培训。

7. On site support and problem solving 支持生产并解决生产现场出现的技术问题。

8. Others assigned by supervisor 主管安排的其他工作.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering. 大专以上学历，机械工程类专业毕业。

2. Above 10 years working experiences and at least 5 years with CNC machining shop in a multi-national company. 10年以上工作经验，其中至少5年跨国公司机加工工作经验。

3. Good at CNC programming software 熟练使用数控编程软件

4. Familiar with CNC machining/ screw machining process 熟悉数控螺丝机加工工艺

5. experiences with production transfers from overseas 具有项目转移工作经验

6. Proficient in Microsoft office 熟练使用Office办公软件

7. Good English spoken and written ability 英语水平良好

8. Working background in aerospace industry 航空制造业工作背景

9. Knowledge of quality systems 了解质量体系要求
