? Responsibilities

？ Manage the service and application team regularly and make the team to be a strong support to the company’s business;

？ 40% China;

？ 60% other Asia countries;

？ Development and extending international and local service activities;

？ Functional leadership of international & local TecSupport, Service Locations, Applications;

？ Control of international and local complaint cases;

？ Communication for “Prio1” complaints with customers;

？ Personnel requirement planning;

？ Communication with insurers, assessors and other external contact channels;

？ Manage customers’ inquiries & claim handling;

？ Dispatch subordinates’ tasks reasonably;

？ Communication with internal/external customer and be interface to HQ TSS team;

？ Planning of spare parts management, competence enhancement;

？ Implement the team’s annual budget and cost controlling;

？ Standardization of service & application activities and improving relative processes;

？ Leading employees, qualification development of employees and further development of service & application team;;

？ Other tasks assigned by the line manager or management;

Profile of Candidate 

？ Bachelor degree in Automation related majorities with at least 12 years technical service role working experience.

？ Excellent & practical technical knowledge such as different sensors principle, PLC programming, networking, IO-Link etc..

？ Independent, mature, energetic, creative, open-minded.

？ Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

？ Pro-active and self driven, aggressive and result oriented in daily work and also a supporting team player.

？ Min 5 years Leadership is requested with at least 12 persons team, positive and powerful management style and can undertake working pressure. 

？ Complete and fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
