Mission:

Supplier Quality development and management  

                                                                                                          

Responsibilities:

                                    

1.Use and practice of the Supplier Quality procedures, Global Supplier Quality Manual, Quality Improvement Tools                                                                                                                                                           

2.Supplier Validation and Qualification.                                                                                                                                                     

3.To develop new suppliers and participate with engineering in the evaluation and selection of alternate sources of supply.                                                                                                                                                     

4.Scheduling, realization of Process Audits of Quality Improvement Plans at suppliers.                                                                                                                                                     

5.Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that specifications and procedures are fully accomplished and quality of components is guaranteed.                                                                                                                                                        

6.Components Approval: Ensure Prototypes are validated before serial production.             .                                                                                                                                            

7.Product Audits of serial production mechanical components.                                                                                                                                                     

8.Supplier Performance Evaluation and monitoring.                                                                                                                                                       

9.Product quality concerns management with suppliers: to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review of the effectiveness.                                                                                                                                                      

10.Management and maintenance of documents and database of Suppliers Quality issues

Qualification Required:

 Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical or related area.

 

? 3-5 years working experience in the same position, industry experience is preferred.

 

? Good knowledge of related manufacture processes is needed, as well as a strong technical background is a plus.

 

? ISO9001:2015 internal auditor certification is required.

 

? Good knowledge of Quality tools APQP, PPAP and SPC are required.

 

? Ideal candidate will be self-confident and self-starter, with good communication skills. Team working oriented with ability to coordinate activities.

 

? Business travel frequently.

 

? Fluent English both in Spoken and Written
